  • Clarify one product brief, quantity, specifications and target market.
  • Research and contact potential manufacturers.
  • Compare up to three responsive, initially suitable candidates on capability, MOQ, sample terms and lead time.
  • Receive candidate contacts, comparison notes and open questions.

Get a clearer picture of the factory behind the quotation.

  • Visit one agreed factory location.
  • Review visible workshops, equipment, production activity and relevant quality practices.
  • Discuss your product requirements and key concerns with the factory.
  • Receive a written visit report, permitted photos and unresolved questions.

Scope: One person at one factory for up to one working day. Travel expenses and any additional travel-day fees are quoted before booking. This is a sourcing visit, not a certification audit or laboratory test. See what an on-site factory visit examines.

These are service fees, not product prices. We confirm that your task fits the stated scope before you pay. Any wider work receives a separate quote. Your written quotation confirms the total payable, timing and any applicable taxes or additional charges.

What costs extra?

The three fees above cover the work described. Separate costs, when needed, include:

  • Products, samples, molds and supplier development charges.
  • Additional search rounds or changes to the agreed product brief.
  • Travel, accommodation and agreed additional travel time.
  • Product inspections, laboratory tests and specialist services.
  • Courier delivery, packing, freight and destination charges.
  • Applicable taxes and bank or currency conversion charges.

We identify additional costs before arranging them. No automatic upgrade or ongoing service is included.

Support beyond the first task

Need help through the project?

Sample coordination, OEM and private label development, production follow-up, product quality control and packing and shipping support are quoted in stages around your product and workload.

We agree the suppliers involved, milestones, updates and deliverables. Any order-based fee must state its rate, calculation base, minimum and included work.

If you continue after a first task, the next quote identifies the additional work needed. Any fee credit is stated in writing.

How do we start?

  1. Send what you have.

    A product reference, supplier link or quotation, plus quantity, destination country and your main concern.

  2. Confirm the task and total.

    We agree the scope, output, timing, service fee and any extra expenses in writing.

  3. Confirm payment and begin.

    Use the receiving details and payment schedule on the agreed quotation or invoice. We confirm the start arrangements with you; the free introductory conversation is separate from paid work.

  4. Receive the findings and decide.

    Use the report or comparison to decide whether to proceed, ask more questions or stop.

Payment

How can you pay?

Bank transfer is available. Receiving details, currency and payment timing are provided with your agreed quotation or invoice.

A focused task may require payment before work begins. Larger projects can use agreed milestones. Supplier payments and third-party costs are identified separately.

Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed before payment, including how completed work and committed expenses are treated. Any change to scope or fee is agreed before additional work starts.

If bank details change, reconfirm through an established contact channel before transferring funds. Ask us first if you need another payment method.

How much does it cost to start with Global China Bridge?
An introductory conversation is free. A basic supplier check costs $99 per company, a manufacturer search costs $299 for one product brief and one search round, with up to three responsive, initially suitable candidates. An on-site factory check costs $350 per person-day for one factory, covering up to one working day. Travel expenses and any additional travel-day fees are agreed separately. Broader projects are quoted separately.
Does the $99 supplier check confirm that a factory is reliable?
It reviews company identity and available information, highlights inconsistencies and sets out questions to resolve. It does not verify physical manufacturing capacity or guarantee future performance. A site visit, sample assessment or product inspection may be the appropriate next step.
What if the $299 search finds fewer than three suitable manufacturers?
The task covers one agreed search round and a comparison of up to three responsive candidates. If fewer fit your requirements, we explain what we found, the constraints and possible next steps. The fee pays for the search work and findings; it does not guarantee three suitable factories or an order. Additional search rounds or changes to the agreed brief are quoted separately.
Is $350 the total cost of a factory visit anywhere in China?
No. $350 covers one person's work for up to one working day on site at one factory. The location determines travel expenses and any additional travel-day charges. We confirm the total visit quotation before booking.
Do I have to buy products through GCB or book a full project?
No. You can commission one task and decide what to do next. Product purchasing arrangements and any ongoing support are agreed separately. The three listed task fees do not create an automatic order commission.
Are samples, testing and shipping included?
No. Supplier sample charges, laboratory tests, product inspections, shipping and other third-party services are separate unless your written quotation expressly includes them. We identify the costs and payment recipients before arranging the work.
