No. A first conversation can begin with your idea and questions. Any later order will need appropriate contracting, payment, and import arrangements, which should be clarified before you commit.

Yes. The introductory conversation is free. A supplier search, records check, sample request, or other execution task is paid work only after we agree the scope, deliverables, timing, and fee. Supplier and third-party charges are separately identified. Review GCB’s service fees and payment arrangements.

Yes. Product sourcing focuses on existing goods, specifications, availability, and buying terms. Manufacturer sourcing matches your brief to relevant production processes and capabilities. Custom development needs a separately agreed scope.

We agree the output before paid work. A search includes the defined candidate comparison and open questions; a remote check includes a findings summary; a factory visit includes an agreed report and permitted photos. Sample and production-coordination records depend on the separate scope. Supplier claims and independently reviewed evidence should be clearly distinguished.

Small orders are welcome to discuss. Feasibility depends on materials, setup, variants, customization, and packaging. We can ask about stock, standard designs, fewer colors, or a trial run; the supplier confirms what it can accept. Compare samples and realistic MOQ options.

No. Global China Bridge helps you explore and coordinate with suppliers in China. The manufacturer produces the goods. We agree on my role and the responsibilities of the other parties before work begins.

Yes. You do not have to restart the search. Send the supplier details, quotation, product, and concern so we can scope verification, sampling, or coordination directly. Supplier cooperation and access affect what can be checked. See checks for an existing supplier.

No. A remote check reviews available company information; a factory visit examines agreed aspects of an accessible site. Neither guarantees bulk quality or future delivery. Samples, written requirements, production follow-up, and product checks answer different questions. Compare remote verification and on-site visits.

We can ask about availability and agree which version to request. Stock samples, development prototypes, customized samples, and pre-production samples demonstrate different things. Confirm the sample reference, differences from planned production, charges, timing, and delivery before arranging it. Plan the sample and approval process.

They are paid unless the supplier expressly offers otherwise. Identify supplier sample charges, setup or tooling, GCB coordination, courier delivery, and testing separately, with payment recipients. Any sample-fee credit needs written confirmation. Sample execution is not included in the $299 basic manufacturer search. Understand sample costs and revision arrangements.

We can explore available branding methods, labels, colors, or packaging with the supplier. Confirm artwork, appearance, sample or proof, setup costs, MOQ by variant, and timing before approval. Explore private label and custom product development.

No. Identify the approved sample version and record specifications, tolerances, artwork, packaging, and exceptions in writing. Bulk goods need their own appropriate checks. Plan production and pre-shipment product inspections.

It covers one company and one agreed remote review: available registration information, comparisons with supplied business documents, inconsistencies, unanswered questions, and a written findings summary. It does not include a factory visit or physical production verification. Read the remote verification scope.

One product brief and one search round, with up to three responsive, initially suitable candidates, available supplier responses, contact details, comparison notes, and open questions. If fewer fit, we report the findings rather than fill the list. Further rounds, changes to the brief, samples, visits, and ongoing coordination are separate. The basic fee is $350 per person-day for one factory, covering up to one working day. The agreed visit examines accessible production areas and relevant capabilities, with a report and permitted photos. Travel expenses and any additional travel-day fees are agreed beforehand. It is not a certification audit, a standard product-inspection quote, or continuous factory supervision. See the on-site visit scope.

Bank transfer is available. We confirm scope, total charges, reporting, timing, payment schedule, and cancellation or refund terms before payment. Use the receiving details and currency on the agreed quotation or invoice; reconfirm changed bank details through an established channel. Start arrangements are confirmed with you. Read payment arrangements and separate costs.

That depends on the product, supplier availability, revisions, tooling, testing, and shipping arrangements. We’ll discuss estimates once the requirements are clearer and identify what has actually been confirmed.

Yes, subject to an agreed scope and supplier cooperation. We can track milestones, request evidence, report dated updates, and follow open issues and corrective actions. Ongoing coordination is separately quoted; daily factory supervision and independent inspection are different arrangements. See production updates and issue follow-up.

Record the affected requirement, available evidence, supplier proposal, responsible contact, target date, and any cost or schedule effect. The authorized buyer decides on changes or acceptance. Follow-up evidence or reinspection may be needed before an issue is closed. Remedies depend on the agreed order terms. Review corrective-action and quality-check support.

We can assess it with the chosen logistics provider. Agree receiving, supplier references, carton counts, storage, repacking, discrepancy records, charges, and the responsible provider before sending goods. Receiving and storage are not automatically performed by GCB. Plan multi-supplier consolidation and dispatch.

Yes, within an agreed supplier-side coordination scope. Confirm packing, final cargo figures, quote coverage, documents, dispatch approval, and provider handover. GCB coordination fees are separate from freight and other provider charges. Import clearance, duties, taxes, and destination delivery responsibilities must be explicit. No. Product and labeling requirements depend on your destination and sales channel. Supplier documents or applied labels do not automatically establish compliance or marketplace eligibility.

Start with a general outline. Before detailed files go to a supplier, agree recipients, permitted use, confidentiality arrangements, and any rights or exclusivity needed. Identify tooling ownership, custody, and access before payment. These require project-specific agreements; qualified advice may be appropriate. Review development files and tooling questions.
