Start with the product you need

Which moxa products can we help you source?

Bring a current product, supplier quotation or reference photo. We use that starting point to discuss the format, specification and manufacturing support your business needs.

  • Sample and repeat-order consistency.

We can discuss sourcing options for carbonized low-smoke formats and preformed, stick-on moxa units.

Have another mugwort product in mind, such as bath or foot-soak sachets? Send the product reference and intended market. We can discuss the appropriate supplier and the scope before starting a search.

Build a range under your own brand

Private label moxa packaging, worked through in detail.

You can start with a suitable existing product and adapt its presentation for your business. We coordinate packaging details with the manufacturer and packaging supplier.

  • Branding: logo placement, labels and printed cartons.
  • Pack format: units per box, inner packing and outer cartons.
  • Buyer information: barcode placement, approved artwork and instruction leaflets.
  • Approval: packaging samples or proofs before the agreed production run.

Product MOQ and printed-packaging MOQ may differ. We clarify both, along with setup charges, sample costs and lead times, before you commit.

Artwork content and destination-market requirements are reviewed for the specific product. Share your requirements or those of your local adviser early.

Compare before you place the order

Make the sample comparison useful.

A label such as “aged moxa” or “premium grade” leaves important questions unanswered. A useful comparison records what each supplier offers and how it relates to your intended product.

Material & supplier claims

Ask how the supplier defines the composition, processing, grade, ratio and aging period. Identify the records available to support the description.

Dimensions & compatibility

Compare size, weight, wrapping and fit with your holder or device. Record the agreed tolerances and packaging unit.

Product performance

Agree which observations matter, such as ignition, burning duration, odor, visible smoke and ash behavior. Product-specific assessments or testing are arranged where needed.

Approved production reference

Keep sample IDs, written specifications, pack details and approved artwork together. Confirm how the factory will handle changes and repeat orders.

Need samples from more than one supplier? We can coordinate an agreed comparison set. Sample availability, collection work and international delivery are quoted before dispatch. The photographed products are references; a sample selection is confirmed for your task.

Know the production behind the quotation

Check the supplier and the work it actually does.

A wide catalogue may combine in-house production with products obtained elsewhere. We help clarify who makes the proposed goods, where they are made and who manages the agreed requirements.

For an on-site task, the visit can focus on relevant processing, storage, production organization, internal checks and order readiness. We agree the questions and reporting before the visit.

Once the product is approved, production follow-up and quality checks can be scoped around your order.

From your reference to an agreed order

How does the sourcing process work?

  1. Define the brief.

Confirm product format, quantity, destination market, packaging and your main questions.

  2. Compare manufacturers.

Review candidate capabilities, quotations, sample arrangements and open issues.

  3. Approve product & packaging.

Work through samples, written specifications, artwork and the supplier’s order terms.

  4. Follow the agreed milestones.

Arrange production updates, checks and shipment coordination within the confirmed scope.

Questions before you start

Moxa sourcing & private label FAQ

Can you help with private label moxa packaging?
Yes. We can coordinate your logo, labels, pack quantity, instruction leaflet and retail carton with the relevant suppliers. We work through the selected product, artwork, printing quantity and packaging approval in detail before production.
What is the MOQ for custom moxa sticks or packaging?
MOQ depends on the product, manufacturer and customization. The minimum for a standard product can differ from the minimum for a printed carton or custom wrapper. We confirm these separately, including setup charges and lead times, rather than promise one MOQ for every product.
Can I compare samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can coordinate an agreed selection and follow up on your feedback. The comparison should identify each sample and record product and packaging details. Supplier sample fees, coordination work and delivery costs are confirmed before samples are arranged.
Can you work with a moxa supplier I already found?
Yes. You can start with a basic company check or discuss an on-site factory visit. Share the supplier name, website, quotation and your main concerns so we can define a useful task.
What supplier documents should I request?
Start with the company identity, product specification, material description, sample reference and proposed packaging. Ask for any test reports or other documents relevant to your intended product and market, and check which product and company each document covers. GCB can coordinate the information; market-specific assessment may require a qualified specialist.
Can a small business begin with one task?
Yes. You can commission supplier verification, a manufacturer search or another defined task without booking a full sourcing project. Whether a small production order is practical depends on the actual product, packaging MOQ and total project cost.
