Understand what the check covers
A report is useful when its scope is clear.
Quality checks help you make an informed decision. Their value depends on what was actually examined.
A visual or functional inspection does not automatically verify material composition, product safety, regulatory compliance, or long-term durability. Some questions need a qualified laboratory or a specialist assessment.
If only a sample of the order is inspected, the report describes that inspection—not a check of every unit. Agree how sampling, defects, tolerances, and acceptance decisions will be handled before the visit.
Product inspection is quoted separately. We confirm the checks, provider, coverage, report, timing, and fees before booking. The $350 basic factory visit is not a standard product-inspection price. See fees and separately quoted services.
If you need a formal independent inspection, agree the provider and reporting arrangement explicitly. Coordination support, supplier updates, and an independent inspection are different scopes of work.
